Item arrived well packed and on time, however it was not the drive that was in the description and it was partitioned for RAID so did not work with a direct SATA connection to our PC motherboards. However seller was very responsive and provided a prompt replacement and return envelope. Finally managed to repartition the replacement drive to a standard partition using a USB SATA dock so all good in the end.
